Your privacy is the entire point of this service. This policy explains what we do — and mostly don't — collect.
No account, no personal data
TempMail does not require registration and does not ask for your name, phone number, or real email. We do not build a profile of you.
Temporary email data
Disposable addresses and the emails they receive are stored only temporarily and are permanently deleted when the address expires. We do not archive your messages.
Local storage
Your browser stores your current temporary address and theme preference locally so a page refresh keeps your session. This data never leaves your device except as needed to fetch your inbox from the email API.
Third-party email provider
Inboxes are provided by a third-party temporary-email API. Mail you receive passes through that provider's systems, which are subject to their own policies.
Cookies & tracking
This learning project uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
